EVO - International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol

The Efficiency Valuation Organization (EVO) is the only non-profit organization in the world solely dedicated to creating measurement and verification (M&V) tools to allow efficiency to flourish and  properly values the efficiency resource, enabling and assisting the optimal investment in these opportunities.

EVO, in cooperation with the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE), has established the Certified Measurement and Verification Professional program with the dual purpose of recognizing the most qualified professionals in this growing area of the energy industry, and raising the overall professional standards within the measurement and verification field.

PACI enginyers professionals are certified by EVO and AEE to perform measurement and verification protocols energy and has an extensive experience in the sector.

The IPMVP library of documents consists of the various volumes of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP). The IPMVP provides an overview of current best practice techniques available for verifying results of energy efficiency, water efficiency, and renewable energy projects in commercial and industrial facilities. It may also be used by facility operators to assess and improve facility performance.

Energy conservation measures (ECMs) covered in the protocol include fuel saving measures, water efficiency measures, load shifting and energy reductions through installation or retrofit of equipment, and/or modification of operating procedures.
