The ICAEN publishes the call for aid for the Realization of self-consumption facilities, with renewable, thermal and storage energy sources.
The call remains open to applications from December 15.
We take care of the entire process: manage all the legalization procedures and subsidies that you can take advantage of, execute the facilities and carry out their maintenance.
You will be able to amortize your investment in just 3 to 5 years: from that moment on you will get clean energy at no added cost for at least 20 more years.
Object:
– Incentive program 1: Carrying out self-consumption installations, with renewable energy sources (photovoltaic or wind), in the service sector, with or without storage.
– Incentive program 2: Carrying out self-consumption installations, with renewable energy sources (photovoltaic or wind), in other productive sectors of the economy, with or without storage.
– Incentive program 3: Incorporation of storage in self-consumption facilities, with renewable energy sources, already existing in the service sector and other productive sectors.
– Incentive program 4: Carrying out self-consumption installations, with renewable energy sources (photovoltaic or wind), in the residential sector, public administrations and the third sector, with or without storage.
– Incentive program 5: Incorporation of storage in self-consumption facilities, with renewable energy sources, already existing in the residential sector, public administrations and the third sector.
– Incentive program 6: Realization of thermal renewable energy installations in the residential sector. Includes solar thermal, biomass, geothermal, hydrothermal or aerothermal technologies (except air-air technologies) for air conditioning and/or sanitary hot water in homes.
Beneficiaries:
– Ultimate recipients of aid from incentive programs 1, 2 and 3:
Legal persons and groups of companies or natural persons, with or without legal personality, that carry out an economic activity for which they offer goods or services in the market.
Renewable energy communities and citizen energy communities.
– Ultimate recipients of aid from incentive programs 4 and 5:
Natural persons who do not carry out any economic activity for which they offer goods and/or services in the market.
Local entities and the institutional public sector of any Public Administrations. Legal persons that do not carry out any economic activity, for which they offer goods and/or services in the market, including third sector entities or organizations.
Individuals who carry out any economic activity, for which they offer goods and/or services in the market.
Communities of owners.
Renewable energy communities and citizen energy communities.
– Ultimate recipients of the incentives program 6 aid:
Natural persons who do not carry out any economic activity for which they offer goods and/or services in the market.
Public or private, non-profit entities or organizations, or legal persons that do not carry out any economic activity for which they offer goods and/or services in the market.
Individuals who carry out any economic activity, for which they offer goods and/or services in the market.
Communities of owners.
Local entities and the institutional public sector of any Public Administrations. In these cases, they will only be able to receive aid destined to the realization of thermal energy generation facilities with renewable sources in houses that are public property. This public property must remain unaltered for at least five years from the resolution of granting the corresponding aid.
Eligible technologies:
Self-consumption (Installations connected and isolated from the network):
– Photovoltaic.
– Wind.
– Thermal (solar thermal, biomass, geothermal, aerothermal, hydrothermal).
Who should submit the grant application?:
The application must be submitted by the ultimate recipient of the facility That is, the person or entity that will be the owner of the facility that can prove the payment of the invoices associated with the subsidized action, which must remain their property at least 5 years.
Aid intensity:
The intensity of the aid will vary depending on the beneficiary and the type of installation. For companies, a percentage will be assigned on the initial investment volume –up to a maximum–, while for individuals and public administrations a fixed percentage will be subsidized.
Approximately the non-repayable aid will be, depending on whether it is a SME or a large company, the following:
– Solar photovoltaic without storage: between 15-45% per company sas. Individuals will be able to benefit from 40% -which amounts to 50% to collective self-consumption systems and public administrations 70%.
– Solar photovoltaic with storage: in general they will be batteries, the aid for companies will vary between 45% and 65%, depending on the size of the organization, while individuals, administrations and third sector entities will be able to benefit from 70% .
– Wind: between 20-50%.
– Air conditioning with renewables: the subsidy will depend on the technology applied – such as biomass or geothermal energy – and will be from 40% to 70%. Public administrations that own residential buildings will be able to obtain 70%.
Investment budget:
It is necessary to have a detailed budget of the company that will carry out the action, dated after 07/01/21; in the case of ultimate recipients subject to public procurement, it can be replaced by the bidding documents.
Start of the performance:
– After application: Programs 1, 2 and 3.
– After the publication of the RD (07/01/2021): Programs 4 and 5.
– Concession regime: By order of application entry.
Term:
From the day after the publication of the call and until December 31, 2023.
