PACI Global assesses its strengths and weaknesses in the face of the challenge of being sustainable and healthy through the 4P model of MIESES Global.

This year PACI Global has undergone an assessment of its strengths and weaknesses in the face of the challenge of being sustainable and healthy using the MIESES Global 4P (People, Prevention, Planet and Profit) assessment model.

This model allows an organization in a simple and objective way to know its performance in the face of the challenge of being sustainable and healthy, being efficient in production processes and counting on its main asset, people, having as a guide the ethical principles, and the excellence, compliance with legislation and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in its 2030 agenda.

The 4P Model helps organizations to be excellent, healthy and sustainable and is considered a model of management and achievement of excellence emphasizing the strengthening of people and their skills. Placing the prevention of occupational risks with the promotion of health, the conservation of the planet for its sustainability, as differential elements that generate value. Precisely, prevention and sustainability activities based on dialogue are essential to create the necessary climate of trust and to be able to innovate in the new business culture.

It also promotes the decisive action of the entire organization (managers, managers and workers) to solve crucial survival needs, dignifying work and taking care of sustainability in the face of environmental aspects (water, energy, waste, pollution, greenhouse gases, etc. .), contributes significantly to people and organizations finding a “Purpose”.

The study has been carried out by the psychologist Gisela Carrés and has made it possible to evaluate and present proposals for improvement in the areas of people, prevention, planet and prosperity.
