Basic, executive project and BIM Revit modeling of the facilities for the construction of 64 homes in the Marina neighborhood, Barcelona. The project has been carried out in a BIM collaborative environment. BIM modeling allows the detection of interference between the installations with the architecture and the structure, real measurements and adjusted to reality, as well as greater control of the costs of execution on site. On-site execution times are reduced by detecting common on-site errors previously in the 3D model.
