At PACI Global we use BIM REVIT modeling in a project to replace the hydraulic system of the heating circuit (pipes, pumps and air conditioning batteries) initially designed for boiler water at 70/60 °C, to convert it to a new system that will work with heat pump. The air conditioner batteries, pumps, pipes and collectors have been sized to work with DT 5 K and 40/45 °C. The objective of the project led by OMGIE PROJECTS is the decarbonization and energy efficiency of the pumping system, installing pumps with IE5 classification.

The modeling of the facilities has been carried out in BIM in order to avoid possible problems of space on site, detection of interference of the facilities with the architecture and structure, real measurements and adjusted to reality, as well as greater control of the costs of On-site execution and reduction of on-site execution times Detect common errors previously in the 3D model.
