The energy audit was carried out to assess and plan a series of energy improvement measures to be carried out in the company. Energy consumption was analysed to establish energy-saving processes, to increase efficiency in the consumption of primary energy sources, and to optimise energy demand in the facilities, equipment and systems that consume energy.

The auditing process consisted of: preliminary contact, opening meeting, gathering information, fieldwork, analysis, results and conclusions.

The objective of the audit was to record and determine systematic energy consumption. A list of all the energy consuming facilities was drawn up, as well as the overall energy balance, a list of possible energy improvement measures and the result of the audit.
