The aim of this project is to define the actions to be taken to replace the two cooling machines at the Institut del Teatre de Barcelona.

The project details the location and current state of the cooling machines, both in terms of consumption and production and in terms of the hydraulic balance of the facilities. It also specifies the equipment, components and materials of the planned installation.

The project complies with all the regulatory requirements of the Technical Building Code in its basic health and safety document and also in terms of Regulations on Building Heating Facilities. It also includes proposals for improving the facilities, as well as a description of the technical details of each proposed component.
