Project to improve the energy efficiency and energy expenditure of two tertiary-type buildings and offices located on Vila y Vila street in Barcelona and on Avinguda Paral.lel in the same city. By applying the measures, an energy saving of 90% is obtained by applying all the proposed measures, going in each of them from a D rating in CO2 emissions to an A rating and from an E rating to an A rating.
