We are looking for a candidate for the Department of Facility Services, Technician in Energy Certifications and Habitability Certificates for real estate assets. The job is for our company #PACIGlobal with a very good work environment and located in #Barcelona.
The functions of the job are: preparation of Energy Certificates, Certificates of Habitability; Customer portfolio management in the Facility Services department and can also occasionally collaborate with the Engineering and Architecture Department in carrying out BIM surveys with REVIT.
The requirements are:
• Technical architect/surveyor.
• With knowledge of: CE3X, Excel and BIM/REVIT.
• Languages: Spanish and Catalan (C2).
• Driving licences: B and automobile.
